PRODUCTION SHOOT
For this task, we worked in a group to form a production team. We were instructed to recreate scenes from Everything, Everywhere, All At Once to understand cinematography shots, lighting and how to work together as a team in film making. We were provided the scenes as well as a storyboard for reference in a Google Drive. I was given the role of Evelyn Wang and local sound.

Figure 1.1: Production Roles

I was provided a shooting schedule to get a better grasp of what to do. Whilst waiting for my scenes, I went through the footage and memorized my lines/queues.

Figure 1.2: Shooting Schedule

On the day of the shoot itself, Evelyn only had 2 scenes to film. To help my team, I assisted the with DOP with the shot that zooms out on Waymond. I angled the screen and focused the lens on the camera as the crane moved backwards.

Editing
Our producer shared a Google Drive with the footage and audio clips we worked on that day. We were also sent a list of the best clips to use for our editing. I started my process with importing the clips and naming them along with their audio files to make my editing process easier.

Figure 1.4: Naming Footage and Audio

On Adobe Premiere, I sequenced the clips to the storyline and cut out the shots after the director says "action" and before "cut". After placing these clips, I aligned it with the necessary audio files. I mostly added the audio clips to ones with dialogue and muted the clips without.

Figure 1.5: Clip & Audio Syncing

After syncing the audio to the footage, I added an adjustment layer to colour grade the video. The adjustments:

Based on my idea, I started with adding captions. I timed the texts with the lyrics.

2.1: Captions

I added an adjustment layer to fit the aesthetic of my idea. I wanted the lights to pop out more to give out a 'concert' like ambience.
